In 2019 I moved into my new condo and within days I saw the patio I looked forward to since I first saw my place on Zillow, was now a lake. My first indication that the inspection did not catch everything it should. After a plumber came out, fixed the problem, I was left with another problem: the patio was not level. My furniture was constantly wobbly. I quickly went to the internet to solve my problem. I found wooden tiles that can be setup in a way to have a level floor. After getting quotes from several contractors, I decided to cut the cost in half and install myself. The following year, I painted the walls and now I have a beautiful patio my dog Tinley loves basking in the sun.
